Birra DI Natale
Overview: Special beer produced over the Christmas period from the copper color load. It is very aromatic and pleasantly spicy, with chestnut honey and a particular spice, complex taste.
Tipology: Chirstmas beer
Disponibility: Available from December to January.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt and wheat, hops and yeast, chestnut honey.
Degree Plato: 18°P
Conservation Temperature: Keep cool (+4 ° C / +6 ° C) in the dark.
Temperature to be Served: To be served at 10°°C.
Bottles Capacity: 50 cl. / 75 cl.
Kegs Capacity: Only on request: 5 lt. (bavarian keg), 20 lt. and 30 lt. (tapping keg with CO2).
Remarks: Refermented in the bottle, unpasteurized and unfiltered. There is a natural sediment of yeast.
